Season

It’s the end of the winter in Europe, and I accepted the challenge from the English writer Beth Kempton to join in with #tinywinterpoem. One poem a day for the last week of winter, with a one word prompt from the Beth and ten minutes to capture words with no editing. The invitation was then to share, which feels a much bigger challenge. I love writing, and I love sharing my blog because I’m not sure that there are that many people who have found me, and so it feels very safe! So, let’s begin here, and from here perhaps the next step will be to share them each on my social media pages, with the next step being to tag @bethkempton…

It has to be a good thing to step out of your comfort zone, don’t you think? I think that doing something that scares you also grows you.

A slight disclaimer, in case you are wondering; I spent a lot longer than ten minutes choosing images and creating slides!

I am proud of my work. That really matters.
